| We ordered the swing on Friday and it arrived on Wednesday at 2pm. We were swinging on it by 3pm. I will do business with this company again, the quality in the swing is very good, there were no unpleasant surprises, and their goal is to please their customers. Job well done. |

| The swing is a great product. We put finish on the swing and hung it in our backyard. The best thing of all was the customer service. Southern Wood Products e-mailed me before the swing even arrived to warn me that if any of the swing was damaged during shipping they would replace the piece as soon as I let them know. Sure enough part of the swing was damaged so we called Southern Wood Products and told them which piece and they had the replacement part to us within days. Also, when we spoke to them on the phone they even offered to replace the entire swing, most of which was undamaged so we declined. This company has the best customer service I have ever encountered. |
