| This is a well built and attractive glider when assembled which takes about (2 hours plus)and is a nice addition to my front porch. The side tables are very nice !! |

Looking at some of the other reviews, people had issues with the box and other items. Not sure what they are referring to, as the box I received was rigid and in perfect condition. It took around 2 hours to put together and it came out perfectly. Great quality, and I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is looking for a reasonably priced glider. This doesn't look cheap at all. We've received a number of comments about the glider, and people asking where they can get one.
Definitely recommend. |

| I ordered this for my wife. It arrived in a box that was torn in many places. Some of the parts were sticking out of package and when I unpacked it the booklet was torn into several pieces. To make matters worse there is a small wooden part missing - part of the side table/bar. I want to return this but the package is so torn up that I will have to find a new box to send it back or tape up the entire box that is came in. It also looks like there is damage to some of the metal parts. Seems like this company doesn't protect the parts for shipping. I wouldn't recommend purcashing this because of damage to the item because of poor packing and shipping. |

This glider exceeds my expectations! The glider and chairs have become our family's new and favorite gathering spot. I was worried that they would be too rustic/oversized; they are perfect. I was able to put it together myself, but it took awhile. My advice when putting it together - read each section of the instructions twice BEFORE you start on that section of assembly. They are very good instructions and mandatory for a good assembly. If I could improve them, it would be to add that when assembling the slats, you should have a wood block to help you "tap" the bolt on.

Box Needs Improvements

| The product was pretty much as described in other reviews. Pretty good quality, but difficult to assemble (at least the first time you do it). The delivery was on time, even before expected, but as stated in other reviews the packaging is just trash. It came with rips and tears that had clear package tape to hold it together. The cardboard box was like the cheap Chinese cardboard you see in discount houses. In summary, a decent product for a good price if you like home assembly projects and smashed cartons. I wouldn't buy another just for those reasons. |
